Service Agreement & NDA

The NDA allows us to share your company name & logo on our sales material and share your basic results (like clicks) privately. It doesn't allow us to share your campaign and results publicly without approval.

Communication
We offer Slack + email support, with Zoom calls when needed. We're most active on Slack and would prefer to keep communications there. Please share your Slack email with us so that we can send you an external connection request.
My main email for communication is cristian@getken.ai. I may use other emails for various software apps.

Below is a clear timeline over the whole process we follow and the actions we take. The campaign should be launched in 31 days.

Expectations
I want to be straightforward and set up the right expectations. Here's a list that will be helpful:
  • You won't see results for the first 45-60 days.
  • It takes 30 days to set up, so no results in the first month.
  • The first 2+ weeks are almost dead. Here's why:
  • Campaign volume will slowly ramp up
  • People take time to reply/click
  • Follow-ups (which drive 60%+ of the results) haven't yet been sent
  • Even if people book meetings, they will book a couple days/weeks later
  • We test a lot (which might not work)
  • The best results come after month 4. Results will stabilize and plateau at around month 5-6.
  • Good input = good output. We want to collaborate together, work together, win together. Please give us the necessary resources to succeed and be transparent.
  • This won't save your business. Product-market-fit is still the most important element that will make our campaigns successful or not. This will just put fuel on the fire.
Personally, I'm juggling college and an AI startup at the same time. We're growing very quickly and have 15 people in our team.

If I'm not responsive or late, that means I'm working solving something unexpected that happened (hopefully on your campaigns). I try to be quick in communications, but sometimes I may be late with deadlines, random things may fail, and so on.

If I'm silent for some reason, that doesn't mean I forgot about you or that your campaigns will suffer in any way. It means my perfectionistic desires got ahold of me and now I spend the entire night perfecting the tiny little details to make you successful.

We will solve this communication issue with time, but for now, as long as I'm your account manager, this is the case. I just wanted to be transparent.

What I can guarantee is - I'll do my best to make you successful.
